We stayed here for one night during our 5 days cycling trip. It was the first stop and what a wonderful beginning! The receptionist received us with a big smile and made us feel home from minute one. The campsite is in the middle of a forest and it blends perfectly with the nature around. On top of that, they have a nice bar to have a drink (or two) and two different cozy areas to sit and relax. We will definitely come back.
Nice camping with clean facilities and a nice place for lunch and drinks on the premises. However, the field for nomads (trekkersveldje) is very small and can be quite crowded. They do also organize things like a pizza night, where they bake fresh pizza, but you have to register early, unfortunately it was already fully booked when we arrived. Town is only a few minutes away by bike, even though the location is on the edge of the forest.
We love this place! We live quite nearby and visit this place once in a while when we go for a walk and we take a break to eat some cake in the forest. Do you like nature and cake? Than this is your place to be! ;)

Great place to stay...
Great campsite.
Camped here for a few days at the end of December. (Then) mainly campers and caravans. Very clean, heated sanitary facilities. Nice indoor facility. Scattered areas, with sufficient space. 2 natural (swimming) ponds: nice for a morning dip. Despite the heavy rain recently, there was still good grass to pitch the tent on. On the edge of the Maashorst: you walk into a beautiful walking area (although it is more varied from the south (Hengstheuvel) and so on).

The nicest, friendliest and nicest campsite we have ever been to. Beautifully situated in the forest, so we had wonderful walks. Then we sat by the fireplace in the very cozy living room. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. Every detail has been taken into account. We will definitely come back!
